It feels like the message is personal, and that leads to creating an intimate relationship. That kind of interaction gives a client a feeling that they are getting services from people who are not strange to them.

At the same time, communicating with this form of platforms sounds better for business. Although there are so many platforms in use today like Twitter and many others, for business, it feels more appropriate to use the inbox. That is why when it comes to business information; it is preferable to use the mailbox more than the other social media platforms.
